Date: August 2 – August 31, 2025 (Opening and vernissage on August 2, 2025)
Location: Loucký Monastery, Znojmo
Exhibition Theme: WOMAN
Portrait, glamour, nude, staged, and conceptual photography
Photo Format:
- Aspect Ratio: 2:3 (portrait orientation)
- Color: Black & white
Printing Specifications:
- The photograph will be printed on UV-resistant material, suitable for both indoor and outdoor placement.
- Minimum color durability of 5 years.
- Total size: 98 cm × 200 cm
- Printable area: 98 cm × 150 cm (portrait orientation)
- A white border at the top and bottom.
- Each photograph will have the author's name printed in the lower white section (printed together with the photograph).
- A tunnel at the top for the hanging system.
- A tunnel at the bottom for weight and alignment.
Submission Requirements for Printing:
- File format: JPG, TIFF
- Resolution: 300 DPI
- Maximum file size
- Final crop ratio: 98:150
- Each photograph must be labeled with the author's name and a photo number (e.g., Martin Skrivanek _1).
- If you need assistance with formatting or converting your images, send the raw photo, and we will help with processing and graphic adjustments. All details will be coordinated via email and Messenger.
Exhibition Catalog
Each displayed photograph will be included in a printed catalog, and every artist will receive 5 copies.
After the exhibitions, photographs can either be shipped to the photographers or kept in our archive for future exhibition opportunities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Shipping costs for catalogs and photographs are not included in the price and will be charged based on actual shipping costs.
Pricing:
- 1 photo: $125
- 2-3 photos: $115 per photo
- 4+ photos: $110 per photo

- Promotion of the artist on social media
- Promotion of the group exhibition on social media, the Czech Art Photo website, and other media coverage
Content Restrictions:
All photography styles are allowed as long as the main subject is a woman. The organizer reserves the right to reject photographs with pornographic content, depictions of violence, vulgarity, or any other inappropriate material.
Minimum Collection Size:
To hold the exhibition, we require a minimum of 70 photographs to ensure a cohesive collection and a strong presentation of the group exhibition of American photographers.
Project Timeline:
- By May 1, 2025 – Reserve your exhibition slots (number of photos) on the website.
- By May 1, 2025 – Submit information for the catalog (name, pseudonym, website, etc.).
- By May 1, 2025 – Submit your photographs (It is recommended to send more images than the reserved slots for selection and curation. For example, if you have reserved 3 slots, you can submit 6 images, and we will choose the most suitable ones together. However, this is optional—you can send only the photos you want to exhibit).
- Until May 1, 2025 – Ongoing communication with each artist regarding graphic preparation and image selection.
- May 5, 2025 – Invoice will be sent for payment (due within 7 days).
- May 15, 2025 – Photos will be sent for printing.

Submission Requirements:
- The photographer is the sole owner of all copyright to the submitted photographs.
- The photographer has settled all fees and agreements with individuals depicted in the photographs (except for documentary/reportage photography).
- The exhibitor bears no responsibility for any disputes or claims regarding fees or financial settlements related to individuals depicted in the photographs.
- In the event of any disputes, full responsibility lies with the author (photographer) who submitted the photographs for exhibition and printing.
